I work while my husband stays home, so he often asks me to make the girls pancakes in the evening because I don't have time in the morning. I'll do a double batch so we can have enough leftovers to pop them in the toaster in the morning.
Anyway, I enjoyed looking at the pictures on your site. Nice blog.
