Atlanta Day 1 - Aquarium and Uncle Tony's motorcycle

We left for Atlanta right after coop on Wednesday. We just hung out at Trina and Tony's Wednesday night. Morgan, Aaron and I went to church with Trina, Asha and Nicole. We got up Thursday morning and headed into Atlanta to visit the Georgia Aquarium!! http://www.georgiaaquarium.org/. This is a great aquarium. I think we all picked the Ocean Voyage as our favorite exhibit. The 4-D show was pretty neat too!!

One of the huge Zebra sharks!

a big sting ray

This was walking through the tunnel.....so this shark was swimming above our heads!!

In the tunnel...

At the end of the exhibit, you walk into a room and there is a huge window looking into the tank. This was really cool to watch and we also got to chat with a worker who gave us lots of interesting information.

Waiting for our lunch in the cafe.

One of the touch tanks.

Spider crabs....these things or sort of creepy looking!

The Beluga Whales...these were one of our favorites too. They were really neat to watch. While we were watching them, they were being fed from up above.

The jelly fish exhibit was really pretty!!

Momo in front of the tropical fish tank.

and Papa too!

the kids and Mama....there was a big wall/window in the tropical exhibit too. It is hard to tell but there were all kinds of bright colored fish in this one.

A touchtank with shrimp!

Kristen checking out the Alligator exhibit.

On our way out....

And in the car, in Atlanta traffic, heading back to Trina's for a Low Country Boil for dinner!! Yummy!

Ian was sleeping too....he just woke up.

Ian couldn't wait for Uncle Tony to get home from work. As you can see, Uncle Tony is a motorcycle cop!! Of course, Ian wouldn't get on the motorcycle for a picture....he loved the lights and sirens though!! He has told everyone about Uncle Tony's motorcycle since we have been home.

We love to go to the aquarium. There is one in Tennessee that we go to on vacation and it is awesome! I enjoyed seeing all of the pics.
