Saturday with family!

It has been a nice weekend for us at Eagle Star Academy. My sister and her family, AKA, Uncle Tony, Aunt Trina and Asha, came to spend the weekend here. They got in late Friday night so we just sat and talked for a couple hours before we all went to bed. Early Saturday, we got up and Trina, Kristen, Ian and I ran into town for a few things and to go by the library. As soon as we got back home and unloaded groceries, we loaded everyone else up and headed out to see Mema(my grandmother), Papa Ray, Uncle Terry and Aunt Beth for the day. Mema had a yummy dinner ready for us when we got there about 1:30. We all ate and then just hung out for a bit. When the rain stopped, Uncle Terry took the kids outside to play. The big kids had a BLAST driving the "MULE" up and down the driveway! They did let the younger kids ride some too. Then, Uncle Terry started up the tractor and let Momo and then Ian help him drive it around the yard!! Momo said that was her MOST favorite part!! We left around 6:30 or so and headed over to visit Aunt Kay and Uncle Nicky for a minute at their new house/lodge (http://www.savannahriverpreserve.com/index.html). We didn't stay there too long as they were getting ready to go out to eat and it was getting late too. We made it home about 9pm and ordered pizza since everyone was hungry again. After eating, we just hung out for a bit and headed to bed. Randy was playing so he wasn't able to join us. I waited for him to get home around 2am and then went to bed. Sunday morning we were all up bright and early again and headed out to church. We had a nice service and it was nice having my sister there. After church we came home and just enjoyed the day together. I didn't take any pics of Sunday's activities, but they included lots of horseshoe playing, basketball playing, ping pong playing, hanging out, talking, having a good time and also a birthday party for one of the little boys across the street! We finished off the day with Randy cooking a Low Country Boil for us for supper and then we watched a movie and went to bed. It was a nice and relaxing weekend.
Here are the kids driving the "MULE".

Momo and Uncle Terry on the tractor.

Notice her big smile, she LOVED it!

Ian pouting because he didn't want to wait for his turn.

Asha's turn to drive!

Kristen and Ian got a ride!! They must have made over 100 trips up and down the drive!!

Ian finally got his turn on the tractor!!

He "drove" into the trees!! He thought this was pretty funny!

Just a couple pretty pics I snapped of Kristen!

She is looking so grown up these days!

Our Mema!

My sister snapped this of me at some point...I didn't know she had taken it!

And my sister.....Trina.....aka, Renee.

Just before we left we took this of Mema, Trina, Aunt Beth and me.
