Aaron's 14th Birthday party!!!

Friday night we had Aaron's birthday party! We started the night with a taco dinner. We had a house full of friends to celebrate with us. Then Aaron had 4 boys spend the night too. I will let the pictures tell the story!!

Eating Tacos!!

The paintball cake! He also had a pound cake too as is his tradition!

Lighting the candles!

Singing Happy Birthday!

Still singing......

Blowing the candles...with a little help from Ian.

Playing music with Papa and friends.

Friends since they were babies!! Jesse, Chris and Larry.

Morgan (aka Lulu...or....Freckles as Aaron so lovingly calls her) eating her cake.

Tamara

Morgan and Morgan playing ping pong.

Time to open the gifts but wait......what is that coming in the door?!?!!?

Looking excited!

More cards/gifts.....( you could easily tell this was a teen b-day because all the gifts were cards with either money or gift cards!)

Papa....talking about Capt. Kangaroo!

Now time to open the big gift Papa was bringing in the door!!

VERY HAPPY!!

It's a drum set!!!!!

Drum head??

Checking them all out!

Tamara, Mrs. Stephanie, Cade and Tyler just hanging out.

Ian testing the snare drum.

Cade trying to be like Aaron!

Aaron and Tamara!! So cute!

After the gifts and cake, the big kids went off to do their thing. Randy got his guitar out again and played with the little kids. Here they are playing Simon says....

Now time to dance!!

Freeze Dance!!

Oh wait...they fell asleep I think! Not really...they were playing.

Sara and Momo did their favorite thing....sliding down the stairs in the sleeping bag!

Once everyone except the boys spending the night had left, we settled down a bit. Morgan and Ian played with Lincoln Logs for a bit.

Kristen chilled......

The boys hung out upstairs playing video games. I think they went to sleep around 2:00am! They were pretty quiet though so we did get some sleep.

Happy 14th B-Day Aaron. Looks like a lot of fun! He really had a smile on his face when he got those drums.

Yay! Video games. I think it is the best way of celebrating a kid’s birthday. I am definitely doing this on my son’s birthday. Although, I have already booked the venue NYC but the kids can surely enjoy after the party. I got some cool ideas from this post.
