Night Creatures Pocketbook!!

Morgan has finished up her science unit on night creatures (Nocturnal Animals). She made a pocketbook on some different types of night creatures. Here she is working on the cover.

The first creature she learned about was bats. These are some of the books she used.

One activity was a paper bat with "bat facts" hidden under the wings.

The next animal was owls. These are the owl books we read.


She made a picture using different art techniques.

Then, she wrote an Owl Report.

Next, she made a Venn diagram comparing owls and bats.

The last pocket was Koalas. She made a little Koala to hold the koala facts matching game cards. Here she was matching up the facts all about koalas.

The last thing she did was a coloring sheet with each animal on it.

All finished!!
