Summer is in full swing!!

One afternoon last week, the kids asked to have a picnic for lunch. Then they asked if our neighbors could join us. I didn't take any pictures of our lunch. After we ate, I decided to pull out some stuff I had planned to do. We made paintable sidewalk chalk!! It is actually like OOBLEK, but not quite as thick. The kids had a blast and our driveway was quite colorful when they were finished. They started out using brushes and rollers, but that didn't last long as you can see!!

When they were finished with the paint, out came the slip and slide and water rocket for some wet fun!!

A Fun February Afternoon!!

It isn't very often you can play in the water on the slip-n-slide in early February but, that is exactly what Kristen, Momo and Ian did yesterday!!! I of course had to take pics since this was such a strange thing to be doing in what is suppossed to be the middle of winter!! Some of the pics are dark because the sun was so bright. I should have adjusted the camera settings but I forgot!!
